Gavin Appel

Gavin built his career in the technology industry over the past 20 years holding global operational roles in start-ups, corporates and the venture capital industry. He founded Ignition Lane in 2018 to work with ambitious leaders to unlock the potential within businesses and deliver results. Prior to Ignition Lane, Gavin was one of the first employees and CTO at Hitwise (acquired for US$240 million), SVP at Experian and VC Partner at Square Peg Capital.

Ricci Swart AM

Ricci Swart AM was appointed in December 2009.  Ricci has over twenty years experience in multimedia development and film production and extensive experience in the education sector.  She founded Ricci Swart Multimedia Pty Ltd, which produced award winning documentaries and a feature film which screened in Australia and internationally.  She also founded dotPhilanthropy, a consulting firm advising the philanthropic sector on the potential of information technology.

Ricci was the inaugural Manager of the Victorian Government’s Multimedia 21 Fund and was on the Advisory Committee of the Film Victoria, Digital Media Fund.  She was previously a Board Member of The Koorie Heritage Trust and The Centre for Adolescent Health.  Ricci has also been a Board Member of The Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) and is currently Chair of their Marketing & Development Sub-Committee.  She is also a Board member of Shir Madness (Jewish Music Festival).

Claire Murray

Claire has worked in consulting, advisory and management roles in both the private and public sectors. She has diverse experience in the innovation, science, technology, education and creative industries. In her role as Senior Consultant at dandolopartners, a public policy consulting firm, she has focused on strategic and business analyses, policy and program reviews and the provision of general policy advice to federal and state government clients, government departments, publicly funded entities and private sector organisations.

Danny Gorog

Danny Gorog is a founder, investor and currently the CEO of Snap Send Solve. He is an active investor in early-stage start-ups as well as a board member and adviser. In September 2009, Danny co-founded Outware Mobile (www.outware.com.au, Australia’s leading mobile app developer responsible for developing apps for ASX 100 companies. Danny is also currently a board member at Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Director at DWS Group (ASX:DWS)
